Summarize marker outputs

Computes simple summaries (mean, SD, IQR) for numeric columns.

Usage

marker_summary(x, verbose = FALSE)

Arguments

x

Data frame returned by marker functions

verbose

Logical; if TRUE, prints progress messages

Value

Tibble with columns: variable, mean, sd, iqr
